Build me a self hosted tool that automatically makes YouTube Shorts from a simple topic.

I want to type something like “Top 5 AI tools in 2025” and have the system generate a short script, create AI images for the scenes, make a voiceover, turn it into a vertical 9 by 16 video with basic transitions, zoom effects, captions or text overlays, then prepare it for upload to YouTube with a title, description, and tags.

Please make it run locally with Docker so I can start and stop everything easily. It should include a simple workflow dashboard where I can trigger a video manually, see what step it’s on, and handle errors. Use free or local AI where possible, including local script generation, free image generation, and text to speech.

Also include clear setup instructions for Windows first, plus notes for Mac and Linux, including where to put YouTube API credentials and environment variables. Look up current docs online if you need to.
