Build me a Fabric Minecraft Java mod for 1.21.1 called Aliens and UFOs.

I want the game to feel like aliens have really shown up, with UFO structures spawning high in the sky and also in some End biomes, plus alien mobs that look friendly but fight back if attacked. Add a Ray Gun and a Blaster that fire laser style shots, do about three hearts of damage, and don’t need ammo. I also want a new painting, a few new blocks, and whatever worldgen or structure setup is needed so the UFOs can appear naturally and play nicely with other structure mods.

Please make it feel polished and keep the mod ready for translations too, with support for the languages already listed in the project. If anything is unclear, check the current Fabric and Minecraft docs online and then wire it up cleanly.
