Build me a simple information-gathering tool, something like those hacker tools you see in movies. It should run in the terminal and be written in Python.

When I start it, I want to see a clean menu with three main options. The first option should be an "IP Tracker" where I can paste an IP address and get its geographical location details. The second option should be a "Phone Tracker" where I can enter a phone number and have it pull up any public information it can find about the number's owner or origin. The third option should be a "Username Tracker" that searches for a specific username across a bunch of different social media sites to find matching profiles.

Keep the interface simple and menu-driven. It's basically a little OSINT tool for tracking down basic digital footprints.
