Build me a simple PHP website where people can post and browse public text entries, with a clean old school look and a basic admin setup page so I can get the database connected and the site running quickly.

I want a homepage, a page to add a new entry, and a page to view saved entries. Make the design feel like a straightforward archive site, with a few images and templates so it doesn’t look bare. If there’s already a database schema, use that and make sure the install page can create whatever is needed. Please keep it lightweight and easy to host on a normal PHP server.
