Build me a Formula 1 chatbot app that feels polished and fun to use.

I want a chat experience where someone can ask things like who won a race, how the championship standings changed, qualifying times, pit stops, lap data, or general F1 history and regulations, and the bot answers naturally using the right source of information. It should stream responses as they come in, show a typing indicator, and make it clear when it is using race data versus knowledge search.

Please include a simple modern frontend with a welcome screen and a few suggested questions, plus a backend that can talk to a database and an AI model. I’d like it set up so I can run the whole thing locally with Docker, and it should be easy to load the database and knowledge base.
