Build me a lightweight dashboard for my media setup that shows what’s downloading right now in one clean place.

I want it to pull together requests from Jellyseerr, queue and progress info from Sonarr and Radarr, and live status from qBittorrent, with SABnzbd support too if it’s available. The main screen should group everything into easy to scan cards or rows, showing the title, poster, who requested it, current progress, speed, ETA, and status. For TV shows, it should combine episodes by season so it doesn’t feel cluttered. For movies, just show the simple overall download info.

Please make it work as a small web app that I can run in Docker, with environment variables for all the service URLs and API keys, and protect the API with a single key. A health check and a basic debug view would be helpful too. Keep the design simple, fast, and readable, and look up current docs online if you need to.
