Build me a privacy first Android tool that runs in Termux and shows a live radar style dashboard for nearby WiFi and Bluetooth devices.
It should passively listen only, no active scanning, and try to flag suspicious stuff like hidden networks, cameras, police or body camera gear, and other odd devices. I want a clear map like view with colored blips, a separate suspicious devices section, and a detail view for each device with signal history, movement, and any warning labels. Please also include support for auto updating device vendor data, filtering out common home router names to cut false positives, CSV export, and a duress PIN that wipes the data fast. If it makes sense, add optional encryption for the local database.
There should also be an optional ESP32 helper for catching hidden SSID probe requests that the phone cannot see. Look up current docs online if you need to, and make it work cleanly on Android with Termux and Termux API.
