IRNova/Nova-Proxy — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a personal proxy service with a simple web dashboard that runs on a single Cloudflare Worker and is easy to deploy on the free tier. I want it to support VLESS, Trojan, and Shadowsocks over WebSocket and TLS, with bilingual English and Persian pages, an install page to set the first admin password, and a login page where each user can see their subscription link and QR code.

Please include user accounts with quotas, expiry dates, daily limits, usage stats, and auto disable. Generate client subscriptions for common apps like Clash, Mihomo, sing box, Xray, and Surge. I also want clean IP selection, WARP or WireGuard support for calls, routing rules for ads and region bypass, a Telegram bot for basic panel management, traffic charts, two factor login, and backup and restore.
