IanLunn/Hover ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small front end project like Hover.css, with a big collection of smooth CSS hover effects for links, buttons, logos, images, icons, and SVGs.

I want a clean demo page that shows each effect in action with simple examples and labels, so someone can browse and copy the class they need. Keep the class names easy to use and prefixed with hvr so they do not clash with other styles. Include both a ready to use compiled CSS file and the source styles in Sass, and if it is easy, also include LESS versions too.

Make the effects feel polished, modern, and lightweight, using transitions, transforms, and subtle animations rather than anything heavy. It should be simple to drop onto any website by adding a class. If you need to, look up current docs online for the best way to organize and build the styles.
