Build me TEDI, a lightweight desktop app that keeps my whole dev workflow in one window.

I want a cross platform app for macOS, Linux, and Windows that feels fast and minimal, not like a huge IDE. It should let me work in a terminal, connect to remote servers over SSH, browse files with SFTP, edit code, view Git changes, and open a browser inside the app. It should also include an AI assistant that can use my own API key or work with local models, plus support for project memory and approval before it touches anything risky.
