Build me a Codex native academic research assistant skill that I can install and call from a Codex conversation. I want it to help researchers move from an idea or messy notes into useful academic outputs, like a literature review plan, paper outline, abstract, draft revision plan, citation check, simulated peer review, or an end to end research to paper workflow.
The user should be able to say what they’re working on, paste notes, drafts, reviewer comments, or constraints, and the skill should choose the right research workflow automatically. Please include clear setup instructions, a manifest, and simple examples so someone can install it from GitHub and verify that only one combined research suite skill shows up.
Keep the original research workflows organized inside the project, but expose them through one friendly Codex entry point. Include version tracking, update instructions, and basic safety or integrity checks around citations, provenance, and academic honesty. Look up current Codex skill docs online if needed.
