Build me a modern AI powered search app called Eclipse that feels fast, polished, and easy to use.

It should let people type or speak a search, show privacy friendly results from SearXNG, then use a local AI assistant to summarize and organize what it finds into helpful cards and insights. I want the interface to support 12 languages, including right to left languages, and remember the user’s choice.
