InoshMatheesha/Portfolio — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished personal portfolio website for Inosh Matheesha, a cyber security undergraduate at SLIIT. I want it to feel modern, professional, and a little futuristic, with a cyber themed look, glassy cards, smooth animations, and a clean layout that works perfectly on mobile and desktop.
