Build me a self hosted bot that connects Patreon and Discord so I can automatically share creator content with the right people in the right channels.

I want it to watch Patreon membership changes, send Discord alerts when someone joins, upgrades, downgrades, or cancels, and sync Discord roles to Patreon tiers. It should support a waterfall release system so higher tiers get content first, then lower tiers later, without spamming every channel at once. I also want an admin setup flow that makes it easy to connect everything, create the webhook, map tiers to channels, and generate the Discord invite with the right permissions.

Please include a simple web dashboard for analytics and admin tools, like patron growth, tier breakdowns, recent activity, logs, and data export. It should be secure, handle bad or duplicate webhooks safely, and keep working even if the database is unavailable by falling back gracefully.
