Build me a modern PlayStation 2 launcher for real PS2 hardware, inspired by Open PS2 Loader but with a much cleaner and more console like interface.

I want a home screen that makes it easy to browse all my games from every connected source in one place, plus separate tabs for apps, files, and settings. The apps area should let me launch ELF files and PS1 games. The files area should let me browse storage, copy, paste, delete, and launch content directly. In settings, I want options for downloading cover art, SMB setup, launcher tweaks, and per game options like resolution, language, virtual memory cards, cheats, and in game return.
