Build me a modern e learning platform called Learnexa with two main experiences, one for instructors and one for students.

Instructors should be able to sign up and log in securely, create and edit courses in a clean multi step flow, add modules and resources, upload PDFs and profile images, set prices and discounts, and use AI to help generate course descriptions. They should also have a dashboard that shows their courses, enrollment numbers, estimated revenue, simple charts, and a roster of students in each course.

Students should be able to sign up and log in, browse a responsive course catalog, search courses, preview the first module for free, enroll in free or paid courses, and see everything they are taking in a personal dashboard. Each enrolled course should open in a polished learning view with a collapsible sidebar, PDF viewer, and embedded video or link content.

Use a React and TypeScript frontend with a Spring Boot backend, JWT auth, PostgreSQL, and Cloudinary for uploads. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
