Build me a simple Pharmacy Inventory Management System in Python called PharmaVault.

I want a clean, easy to use desktop app where I can manage medicines, suppliers, and stock levels in one place. It should connect to a MySQL database, load existing sample data from a provided SQL file, and let me view, add, update, and remove inventory records without needing to touch the database directly.

Please make the interface straightforward and user friendly, with a main screen like the screenshot in the project, and keep the workflow simple for someone who is not very technical. I should be able to see what medicines are available, how much stock is left, and basic supplier info.

Use the database connection details from the README, and if anything is unclear, look up current docs online if you need to. Also make sure the app can work with the existing mydata SQL import so I can get it running quickly on my machine.
