Build me a small Python tool that helps me spot AI sounding writing and clean it up.

I want a command line checker that can take plain text, a Markdown file, or an HTML file, then score the writing out of 5 based on common AI tells like certain words, repetitive sentence patterns, odd punctuation, promo style lists, and possible unsupported claims. It should print clear feedback, exit with a failure code when the score is below 5, and leave the original file unchanged. For Markdown, skip code blocks and inline code. For HTML, strip tags and script or style contents.

I also want a simple editing workflow where I can give it a draft and have it suggest a cleaner version by using one AI model, then ask a different model to do a second pass. Keep it easy to run from the terminal, with no API key needed for the checker itself, and include a README that shows the basic usage and how to use it in a repo or CI.
