Itz-Murali/Chiku-Ai — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a playful Telegram AI bestie bot called Chiku. I want it to feel warm, casual, and not robotic, with short natural replies in private chats and group chats. In groups it should answer when someone mentions it or replies to it.

It should have fun commands for anime reaction GIFs, anime images, Pinterest image search, AI image generation from a prompt, Pokémon info, weather, quotes, facts, jokes, translation, and Urban Dictionary style slang lookups. Add group admin tools like ban, kick, mute, unmute, pin, unpin, and delete, only for admins. Also add owner only tools like eval, shell command, broadcast, id, and info.

Make a simple landing page that can enable or disable the Telegram webhook. Use Ruby and make it ready to deploy on Vercel with a config file for the Telegram token, owner IDs, and MongoDB connection. Look up current docs online if you need to.
