Build me a Discord bot that can handle the usual server management stuff in one place.

I want it to support things like welcome and goodbye messages, autoroles, anti spam and blacklist rules, auto responses, giveaways, voice channel roles, profile or info commands, status commands, and a few fun utility features like gender or premium role handling if needed. It should keep its settings in simple JSON files so I can edit them easily, and the code should be organized into separate command and event sections so it’s not all in one file.

Make it run cleanly from a main Python entry point, and include sensible defaults so I can drop in my bot token and start it up. If anything about the current Discord bot docs has changed, look up the latest info online before wiring it up.
