Build me a personal portfolio site that also works as a resume generator.

I want one place where I can keep my profile, skills, experience, projects, education, and certifications, then tag each item by domain so the site can show different portfolio pages for different areas like VLSI, embedded, or PCB design. It should have a hidden settings page where I can edit everything in the browser, reorder sections, back up my data, and restore it later. The site should also have a hidden download page where I pick a domain and it creates a clean one page resume PDF for that domain, using the right title, summary, and the most important bullets first. If it does not fit, it should automatically trim less important bullets until it does.

Make it a static site that can be hosted on GitHub Pages, with the resume download as a real vector PDF and clickable contact links. Use current docs online if you need to.
