Build me a web app that analyzes Telegram chat exports and helps figure out who actually wrote a message based on writing style, not the account name.

I want a simple Russian friendly interface where someone can upload a Telegram Desktop JSON export, see a person’s writing profile, and then check a message or a short series of messages against that profile. The app should show a probability and clearly explain the mismatches in plain language, like punctuation, word choice, capitalization, emoji, and when the person is usually active.

Also include a view for comparing people in a group chat, so it can point out pairs that look like they might be the same person, plus a side by side comparison screen and a way to compare authors across two different chats. If possible, add a short explanation generated with an LLM, but make the core app work without any key. Use the demo data if needed, and make sure the whole thing is polished enough to run locally end to end.
