Build me a simple self hosted notes app for quick capture, something I can open and start writing in right away. I want it to feel lightweight and private, with a clean timeline style home screen instead of making me manage folders first. Notes should be written and stored in Markdown so they stay portable and easy to back up, and the app should keep full data ownership on my side with no telemetry.
