Build me a clean set of Copilot customization files for modern World of Warcraft Retail addon development, focused on Patch 12.0.0 and newer.

I want a repo that helps me work in VS Code with a WoW addon aware assistant, with separate agent personas, reusable skills, global instructions, and prompt templates.
