Build me a tool that can clone a website and turn it into a modern Next.js project. I want to be able to give it the URL of any live site, and it should automatically analyze its layout, design tokens like colors and fonts, and download all of its assets like images.

After the analysis, it should generate a brand new, high-quality codebase that's a faithful replica of the original. This new project needs to use a modern stack: Next.js with the App Router, React, and Tailwind CSS for styling, preferably with shadcn/ui. This isn't just a static copy; the goal is to reverse-engineer the site into clean, reusable components.

The whole thing should be set up as a template repository. I should be able to clone it, and then from my terminal, run a single command to kick off the cloning process for a target URL.
