Build me a simple Flutter app that turns this starter project into a usable learning tracker. I want it to feel like a personal study planner for a 180 day fullstack path, and if the CSV file in the repo is helpful, use it to prefill the plan. Since the repo name also hints at HTML and web security learning, make the app flexible enough to track those topics too.

The main thing I need is a clean mobile interface where I can browse daily tasks, mark things complete, see overall progress, and add short notes or status for each day.
