Build me a native PC and Android port of the original Nintendo 64 Super Smash Bros that runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, but does not include any copyrighted game assets. The app should require the user to provide their own legal US or Japanese ROM, verify it is the right version, and extract what it needs through a simple first run setup.

I want it to feel like a modern fan port with a clean in game menu on Escape for useful extras like widescreen and higher internal resolution, controller setup for up to 4 players with rumble, volume sliders, music shuffle or stage music selection, optional hi res texture packs loaded from zip files, and gameplay toggles like disabling tap jump, c stick smash, stage hazard off, hitbox view, tournament rules, unlocks, and quick boot to versus select. It should also support local Classic co op, update checking, and Discord rich presence.
