Build me a static book summary website called TheSmallBook, with a loud neo brutalist look, thick black borders, bright colors, and a fun mobile friendly feel.

It should let people browse a library of book summaries, search with typos, filter and sort books, open a book page, read chapter by chapter lessons, and save progress, bookmarks, streaks, and badges in the browser without needing login. Include a lesson of the day, surprise me random book, continue reading, text to speech for lessons, quiz mode, action steps people can tick off, and easy sharing for books, lessons, and quotes.

I also want a community stories area where users can write a story or upload a PDF, and a way to show stories on the site later.
