Build me an open source repo for a pack of AI agent skills called Suede Creator Skills.

I want it to be a clean, polished project that lets people install and use a big collection of skills with Claude Code, Codex, and other skills compatible agents. It should include the skills folder structure, an install script, plugin support, and a simple MCP server for discovering and reading skills. Also make the README feel like a real product page, with clear install steps, a skills catalog, and short explanations of what the different skill groups do, like orchestration, code review, shipping, design, copy, SEO, and creator tools.

Please make the repo ready to publish, with good docs, licensing, tests where they make sense, and a consistent style across the files. If you need current plugin or MCP details, look them up online. I mostly want the whole thing set up so someone can clone it and immediately install the pack or browse the skills without extra work.
