Build me a simple web app in C++ that acts like a tiny spatial database for matching nearby drivers and riders.

I want it to keep drivers in memory, let me add and remove them, and quickly find the closest available driver when a new ride request comes in. Use a spatial index so the matching stays fast even when there are lots of points. The app should also expose a small JSON API for inserting drivers and customers, running nearby searches, and getting the current state of the index.

On the front end, make a clean dashboard that shows a map style canvas with the points and the index areas updating in real time. Add a small event log so I can see what the server is doing and how long searches take.
