Build me a memory system for AI coding assistants that can save and find useful facts across chat sessions.

I want a small web app for managing the account, a Python API that stores and retrieves memories, and an MCP server that connects Cursor, Claude Code, and similar tools to that API. It should let an agent remember things right away, queue up session events in the background, search memories in plain English, update or delete a memory, and keep results scoped by user or project when needed.
