Build me a local dashboard for Claude Code that reads my data from ~/.claude/ and turns it into something I can actually browse and understand. I want it to stay on my machine, with no accounts, no cloud sync, and no telemetry. It should automatically pick up both Claude Code CLI and Claude Desktop sessions, show live sessions clearly, and let me search and filter by project, title, prompt, or slug.

When I open a session, I want a clean timeline of everything that happened, plus tabs or sections for overview, tasks, files changed, subagents, skills, commands, and analytics like token usage, cost, cache hits, duration, and tool usage. I also want top level pages for projects, overall analytics, tools, agents, hooks, plugins, and skills, with drill down detail pages and usage trends over time.

Make it feel polished and visual, more like a real product than a dev utility. If you need anything, look up current docs online.
