Build me a Telegram bot for managing Pterodactyl servers from chat.

I want users to be able to start the bot, see a simple menu, create a new server, and manage their existing servers with options like start, stop, and delete. Before they can use it, make sure it can check that they joined the required Telegram channels or groups. Also add a referral system so users can invite friends and earn more server limits or extra panels.

Please include an admin side too, where I can see stats like total users and active servers, send a broadcast message to everyone, and grant extra panels to a specific user. I also want a contact option so users can message the admin directly, plus a small menu that shows other bots with profile pictures.

Use MongoDB for storing users and server data, and connect to my Pterodactyl panel through its API. Make it easy to configure with environment variables, and if you need to check current docs or APIs, look them up online.
