Jeffallan/claude-skills ? reverse-engineered prompt

Hey, I want to build a tool that makes a coding AI act like an expert full-stack developer sidekick. It should have a whole library of specialized skills—around 60 or so—covering everything from backend and frontend development to security, testing, and infrastructure.

The key is that it should be smart enough to automatically activate the right skill based on my request. If I ask it to build a React component, it should use its React expertise. For bigger jobs, I want it to use pre-defined "workflows" that combine multiple skills, like a process for building a new feature or another for investigating a bug. It should also be able to manage the whole development lifecycle by connecting to project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

I saw a project on GitHub called "claude-skills" that seems to be the perfect blueprint for this. Can you create a system just like it?
