Build me a simple fan site for Brown Dust 2 where people can look through the characters and preview their Live2D animations in the browser. I want it to feel clean and easy to use, with a main page that shows the available characters and a viewer page or panel where you can actually watch the animation, switch between available motions or expressions if the files support that, and generally inspect the model without the page feeling cluttered.

Please use whatever assets and data are already in the repo, and make the experience smooth on both desktop and mobile. It should load reasonably fast, have a polished game themed look, and make it obvious how to pick a character and start viewing them. If there are gaps in the repo, keep the feature set focused on browsing and viewing rather than adding random extras.
