JetBrains/ideavim ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a JetBrains IDE plugin that gives the editor a Vim like experience.

I want it to work across the main JetBrains apps, with normal, insert, visual, and select modes, plus basic motions, deletes, changes, registers, marks, macros, search, and key mappings. It should also let me run IDE actions from Vim style commands and mappings, so I can bind things like rename, debug, formatting, and navigation to custom keys.

Please include support for a user config file like ~/.ideavimrc, and make it easy to turn the Vim layer on and off inside the IDE. It should feel native to JetBrains, not like a separate app, and it should be flexible enough for common Vim plugins and settings.
