Build me a local design skill I can use inside Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or a similar file based coding agent so I can get Claude Design style results without using the website. I want to be able to ask for polished UI mockups, wireframes, interactive prototypes, landing pages, dashboards, mobile app screens, and slide decks, and have the output saved in my repo as standalone HTML files that I can preview on localhost and keep editing.

Make it feel like a real design workflow, with the agent asking clarifying questions when needed, then generating the right deliverable, previewing it, and refining it. It should work as a portable skill the agent can read directly, not a heavy app with a build step. If it makes sense, include support for design systems, importing existing HTML or a repo as reference, and exporting things like PDF or PPTX when possible.

Please set it up in a clean way so it is easy to install into a project or use globally. Look up current docs online if you need to.
