Build me a TypeScript repo for a shared library of AI agent skills that can be installed into tools like Claude Code, Codex, and similar assistants.

I want it to feel like a real skills package, with clear docs for installing the whole collection or just individual skills, plus a simple way to publish and update them. Include a bunch of practical skills for content work, like generating image cards, infographics, WeChat article support, markdown formatting, and a few utility workflows. Make it easy to add new skills later, and organize things so each skill can live on its own.

Also set it up so the repository can be published as a marketplace plugin and so the skill folders can be synced out individually for other registries. Include the README, usage examples, and the helper scripts or commands needed to install, update, and publish everything cleanly. If you need to check current docs for the agent tooling, go ahead and look them up online.
