Jire/Overwatcheat ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me the Overwatcheat app from this repo in Kotlin, with the same basic behavior and a simple way to run it from a built folder. I want it to grab frames efficiently, scan pixels fast with very low CPU and memory use, and react to a magenta health bar style color target by aiming toward it smoothly. Keep the mouse movement natural and configurable, and include support for the input driver approach mentioned in the README so mouse events are less likely to be detected.
