JonathanDunkleberger/Kira ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a personal AI VTuber named Kira that feels like a real on stream character, not just a chatbot. I want her to listen to my mic in real time, watch my screen for context, talk back with a natural voice, remember important facts about me across sessions, and show mood based facial expressions through a Live2D avatar in VTube Studio. She should also put synced captions on screen while she speaks, have a simple web dashboard so I can monitor and control her, and be able to react during Twitch or YouTube streams.

If it is already supported here, I also want the fun extras wired up, like music requests, chess on Lichess, and the autonomous gameplay setup for Pokémon FireRed. Please make it easy to customize the persona, voice, and avatar so someone could fork it and make their own character.
