Build me a simple cross platform video compressor called VideoSensei that works on Android, Linux, Windows, and macOS. I want it to let someone drop in one video or a whole folder, then compress with a few easy presets like quick share, best balance, smallest file, and a custom mode where you can choose codec and quality. It should feel really easy to use from the terminal, with an interactive menu, a help screen, version info, history of past compressions, and a clean uninstall option.

Please make the installer smart enough to detect the platform and set things up without needing Node or Bun on the user machine. If helpful, use the current docs for Flutter and FFmpeg and make the setup smooth for Termux on Android too.
