Build me a professional zero latency parametric EQ plugin for audio work, with a clean modern interface and a spectrum display built in. I want it to feel like a real broadcast and mastering tool, with 11 fixed bands, draggable nodes on the graph, per band controls for frequency, gain, and Q or slope, plus an output gain knob and input and output meters.

It should run as a plugin and also as a standalone app, and if possible reuse the same core audio processing in a browser demo too. The UI should be resizable, polished, and easy to use, with a pre and post analyzer view, reset controls, and sensible defaults for fast workflow. Keep it stereo true and make sure bypass is completely transparent when everything is off.
