Build me a web app for managing an Assetto Corsa dedicated server from the browser.

I want to be able to set up quick races, create custom race presets, manage race weekends and championships, and see live timing while sessions are running. It should save past race results, let admins apply penalties, and track championship points for drivers, teams, and classes.

Please include content management so I can upload cars, tracks, skins, setups, weather, and Sol weather files. I also need server log viewing, server options editing, automatic event looping, and basic account permissions so different people can have different access levels.

It should work on Linux and Windows, and ideally be runnable with Docker too. Please make it practical for a real Assetto Corsa community server, with setup docs and sensible defaults. Look up current docs online if you need to.
