Build me RideSafe, a simple web demo for a smart bike crash detection and SOS system.

I want a clean home page that explains the product, a login screen, a rider page, and separate dashboards for an admin and a developer. The rider view should show bike status, rider profile info, recent trips or alerts, and a clear SOS or crash alert area. The admin dashboard should make it easy to see riders, emergency alerts, locations, and alert history using sample data. The developer dashboard can show device health, sensor readings, logs, and test controls so it feels like a working prototype.

Keep it as a front end project using plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so it can run locally in the browser. Use the existing images and the PDF as inspiration if helpful. Make the design modern, mobile friendly, and polished enough to present as a school or startup prototype.
