KDE/bluedevil ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a KDE Plasma Bluetooth app that adds the missing Bluetooth features people expect on the desktop.

I want something that can manage nearby devices, connect and disconnect them, and make it easy to browse files on a paired device, send files to another device, and receive incoming files. It should also support Bluetooth audio so users can connect to A2DP headphones or speakers.
