Build me an open source music streaming app that works on desktop and mobile, with the same core experience everywhere. I want people to be able to browse and play music, use community made plugins for different music services or even their own custom source, and keep playback handled locally on the device. It should support playlists and metadata from whatever source the plugin provides, let users download tracks with proper tags, and show time synced lyrics while songs play.

Please keep it lightweight, privacy friendly, and free of telemetry or background data collection. The whole point is a user controlled music app that is flexible, fast, and easy to extend, with a clean modern interface on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iPhone if possible. If there is already web support, keep that usable too.
