Build me a simple offline installer setup for Microsoft Office 365 that I can keep in one folder and run later without needing to download everything again.

I want it to use the Office Deployment Tool setup.exe plus a cfg.xml file so I can point it at the Office image drive, choose which Office apps get installed, and optionally turn auto update and CDN fallback on or off. Please make the install flow easy to follow, with clear instructions for placing the files together and running the command from an admin command prompt.

It would also be helpful if you included a short note for how to update or repair Office online afterward from the registry and the Office apps themselves. If anything needs the latest Microsoft instructions, look them up online and make sure the steps still match current docs.
