Build me a self hosted reading server for my personal comics, manga, webtoons, ebooks, and PDFs, something like a private Netflix for reading that I can share with friends and family.

I want to point it at folders of files like CBZ, CBR, ZIP, RAR, 7ZIP, images, EPUB, and PDF, then have it scan everything, organize it into libraries, pull and show rich metadata, and let me search and filter easily. It should have a clean responsive web reader that works well on phone, tablet, and desktop, with good modes for manga, webtoons, continuous reading, and EPUB reading.

Please include user accounts, permissions, age restrictions, collections, reading lists, a want to read section, progress tracking, ratings, reviews, and basic annotations or highlights for EPUBs. I also want a customizable dashboard, theme support, localization support, and an easy way to run it as my own server. Look up current docs online if you need to.
