Build me a simple Windows tray app called Vexel that runs quietly in the background and lets me improve any text I’ve selected anywhere on my computer with a global keyboard shortcut. I want it to work in places like Chrome, VS Code, Notepad, and other normal apps, so the flow should feel instant and invisible, like I highlight text, press the shortcut, and get the AI enhanced version back without opening a big main window.

Please include a small settings screen where I can choose an AI provider, paste in my API key or local model settings, and save a few custom prompt styles for different kinds of rewrites. It should support common providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Ollama if possible. Keep the UI minimal and tray based, with sensible defaults and a clean Windows feel. I’d also like it set up so I can run it in development and build a Windows executable when it’s ready. Look up current docs online if you need to.
