Build me a simple Python app that demonstrates how phishing pages work for educational use only.

I want it to show a menu of fake login page templates for a few common sites, run a local web server, and let me generate a shareable test link through a tunneling service if needed. It should capture whatever form data is entered, save it locally, and optionally send a notification email to me with the captured info. I also want a way to set a redirect page after submission, plus a few basic options from the command line so I can choose the port, template, and tunnel method.
